At CMS we are conscious of your budgets, but we also are committed to providing meaningful career transition support to your outgoing employees.
Our Basic Outplacement Program meets both of those requirements.
It provides the fundamentals to an effective career transition, and is designed to help one determine critical next steps in their career, develop an effective presentation of their skills and experience and provide them with resources to help market themselves and succeed at interviews. It includes:
- Formal Career Assessment and Consultation,
- Professional and personal résumé writing services, and
- 3 months access to our proprietary online program, The Canadian Career Management System.
Meaningful Support when it is Needed Most
After losing a job, one can often be left feeling depressed, isolated and worried about how they will support their families into the future. Not knowing where to start at a time like this can be very overwhelming, but it can also provide a window of opportunity to redefine themselves and their futures!
After establishing a general focus through the use of the world's most recognized career assessment tool, a CMS résumé writer will then develop a document that implements the newly established goal in conjunction with the individuals career history, and a realistic look at the target market. The goal is to instil confidence and optimism for the next stage of one’s career, helping them to find a new role that is personally fulfilling, long-term.
